This spring I have been very happy to host Carolina Benone, from the Universidade Federal Pará, Brazil. Carolina has been visiting since January 12 supported by a Fulbright Fellowship.
While here, she gave an ARC Seminar entitled “Analog gravity in fluids – Models, recent developments and the role of the vorticity” and another seminar, “Radial stability of spherical bosonic stars and critical points,” in my group meeting.
We started a few projects; topics for future posts. Meanwhile, Carolina will visit until March 13, and return in October for another two-month visit.
Here is a group photo after Carolina’s seminar in our group meeting, on March 3.
